I went to Lake Hartwell with a specific vehicle advertised, the vehicle was there presented and met or exceeded their adds promotion I drove this vehicle home that day. I would not recommend to anyone. After 6 years of service with them. I had a recall on my vehicle and had to get my motor replaced. ( I drove the vehicle there) After a few months I After 6 years of service with them. I had a recall on my vehicle and had to get my motor replaced. ( I drove the vehicle there) After a few months I came to pick the vehicle up and did not make it out of the parking lot. I parked and noticed my car was spewing antifreeze. I was given my rental back and was told it would be taken care of. 3 weeks later I was bullied into making a decision in an hour of paying 1500 for my radiator to be fixed or bringing the rental back. After I stated they had my car for weeks saying they were working on it and that I could not bring it there, Anthony the service director said he was calling the law to come get the rental car. He openly admitted it looked like something was dropped on the radiator but denied they did it. I called Ford customer service and got it dropped down to 750 but that was all the help I received. Jeff the sales manager managed to let me use the rental for 2 more days while I figured things out. Bless him for that. However, I will never return here after the stress and anxiety they have put me through. More

The service department is very good. They take very good care of both my vehicles. I have never in the last 6 years of their service given me any reason to complain.
