Came in for an oil change and found out that tech did not put cap on all the way. Found this out after we drove an hour away and it began to smell. I then called the next day and they offered to pick it up a put cap on all the way. Found this out after we drove an hour away and it began to smell. I then called the next day and they offered to pick it up at work but went to my house instead. I then did not hear for them until I contacted them and got passed around from service advisor to service advisor. I had to keep calling and checking no one called me to keep me updated. I have been a costumer of lake ford for 5-7 years. This really doesn’t seem like the lake ford I know and I am really disappointed. More

Lucas is a nice service advisor better then who i delta with previously. Still lacking some communication in regards to car being serviced and never received a call on a rental. Before picking up my car a asked if the mechanic tested the car before I picked it up to make sure that the problem was resolved. Well car still makes the same noise. I guess back to the dealer I go.
