I chose this service center because it was the preferred Center for my insurance company. It took forever to get in for an estimate, they never returned my calls, I did all the calling. It took 4 months to Center for my insurance company. It took forever to get in for an estimate, they never returned my calls, I did all the calling. It took 4 months to get in and my car was there for 5 weeks being fixed. A piece of the door that wasn't even worked on had been pryed and was cracked all the way through, I also noticed damage to the parts that were replaced on the door that was fixed, more pry marks. The body of the car underneath the door that was fixed has actual holes through it and drippy dried paint all over. Just not a real professional job but all in all the repair job is about a six out of 10. They were very nice about telling me that they will order the part for the door that was damaged and call me when it comes in so I can have it put back on. I've been waiting about 2 weeks for that to happen. More
