Awesome experience I would recommend Braeger to anyone, we have a 2010 car with only 15,000 miles. One of the air flow motors went. Called Ewald, as that's where we purc I would recommend Braeger to anyone, we have a 2010 car with only 15,000 miles. One of the air flow motors went. Called Ewald, as that's where we purchased the car, after getting a price asked if they would be able to get it paid thru the warranty as it was expired not by miles by years. They wouldn't help we bought many cars through them. After a lot if disappointment and getting no where. We called Braeger told them the situation. Between the customer service manager at Ford and Andy our service writer they were able to get it paid thru the warranty. Braeger went the extra mile to help the customer. We will be going to Braeger going forward for service and buying. Thank you Andy (service writer) and Frank (customer service manager) this is one happy customer. More

Recall and Sync phone We had to bring our 2013 Ford Escape due to a recall and we were told it would take only a 1/2 day which it did and also Jessie Synced my phone so I c We had to bring our 2013 Ford Escape due to a recall and we were told it would take only a 1/2 day which it did and also Jessie Synced my phone so I can call out hands free. Oil change and 1st service appointment I had an appointment for 10:00 and was taken promptly. I was told it would take approximately an hour and that was actual as well... brakes, tires an I had an appointment for 10:00 and was taken promptly. Great Service Advisor! My contact with Braeger Ford started at 7:30 a.m., when I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was initially told the earliest appointm My contact with Braeger Ford started at 7:30 a.m., when I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was initially told the earliest appointment would be in the afternoon, but when I told the service advisor I was speaking to (Brad Ory) that I was hoping for a morning slot, he went out of his way to juggle the service schedule to get me in at 9:00 a.m. Once I arrived, Brad immediately got me set up with the necessary paperwork and showed me to the customer waiting area. Within 30 minutes, my vehicle was serviced, and I was on my way. I really appreciated Brad going out of his way to meet my service needs, and will definitely return to Braeger Ford!! Mark Anhalt More

Excellent service I've had a few fords over the years and have experienced service departments at several ford dealers in the Milwaukee area. This one is by far the bes I've had a few fords over the years and have experienced service departments at several ford dealers in the Milwaukee area. This one is by far the best in my experience. The staff is top notch and they always keep me in the loop about what's going on with my car. They do good work and don't sell me services I don't need. More

30,000 Mile Service When I called Braeger Ford to set up my service appointment, Brad Ory was curteous and got me scheduled right away. As I arrived to the service dept. When I called Braeger Ford to set up my service appointment, Brad Ory was curteous and got me scheduled right away. As I arrived to the service dept. I was greeted and directed to Brad immediately. He explained to me all of the service points tha the would be carried out as part of my 30,000 mile service and what the cost would be. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly, very positive and professional. I was then directed to the courtesy shuttle and they got me to work on time. During my visit I pointed out that my front brakes were experiencing a random noise, and Brad was right on making sure that the techncian would make a thorough inspection. Upon that inspection Brad then provide me with a follow up call giving the the result of the inspection and assured me that the breaks were operation exactly the way that they should and were 100% safe. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit to Braeger Ford and I will definitely return as service or repairs are needed. Brager Ford met all of my expectations. More

Oil change visit May, 2014 Prompt, friendly greeting, quick service, great price. Work was done at price quoted, no "surprises" that needed my immediate attention were "found".
