He does a wonderful job of listening to my concerns and he and his team provide wonderful service to get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. Jim is also very good at communicating early and often with me regarding the work that is being performed on my car. I appreciate the fact that he takes the time not only to inform, but to educate me about my car and the work to be completed. I have had Jim as my advisor for years. I know what to expect and always feel like my car is in good hands when I leave it in his care. More

Great Dealership I bought my new F150 from Braeger Ford and was so pleased with my dealing with everyone from the salesman to finance manager and even taken to service I bought my new F150 from Braeger Ford and was so pleased with my dealing with everyone from the salesman to finance manager and even taken to service department to get introduced to service manager. I daughter was looking for a new car a few months and I sent her to Braeger Ford where she also bought a car. I will be looking to replace my truck in the future and will go back to Braeger when it is time. More
Very informative however not pleased with results Gena was very informative on my rust issue quarter panel Ford Escape 2012 however, Ford's policy would not repair the issue at no charge. My thought this is a manufacturing problem direct with Ford and they should stand by name. The rust issue is a common occurrence with Ford Escapes. and they should be held liable. Gena approached this issue professionally and answered all my questions but her hands were tied. More

I was due for tires which became apparent when one of my tires blew out on the way to work. I contacted Nick Strickling at Braeger. He was great! He helped order the tires I needed and worked with my schedule to get me in fast. Saved me even more time and hassle by getting my oil changed at the same time that my car was in for the tires. I got a great price and great service! Plus someone extra pleasant and super helpful to work with. You can't ask for anything more than that. Thanks, Cindy Stein More

Horrible service Took my Dodge Durango to be serviced. I was told the problem my truck was having could be one of five different things. The service department couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck and instead of telling me that they just try to fix a bunch of things that didn't need fixing. My truck was there for over a week and they didn't fix anything! I would not recommend Breger ford to anyone whether it be purchasing a car for servicing the car. Horrible, horrible service and rude technicians and management staff! More
