I was due for tires which became apparent when one of I just wanted to say that I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Braeger Ford,. I was due for tires which became apparent when one of my tires blew out on the way to work. I contacted Nick Strickling at Braeger. He was great! He helped order the tires I needed and worked with my schedule to get me in fast. Saved me even more time and hassle by getting my oil changed at the same time that my car was in for the tires. Horrible service Took my Dodge Durango to be serviced. I was told the problem my truck was having could be one of five different things. The service department couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck and instead of telling me that they just try to fix a bunch of things that didn't need fixing. My truck was there for over a week and they didn't fix anything! I would not recommend Breger ford to anyone whether it be purchasing a car for servicing the car. Horrible, horrible service and rude technicians and management staff! More
