My family and I have bought well over 10 vehicles from this particular dealership as returning customers, my vehicle was in an auto accident and I took my vehicle back to this dealership to get fixed. It took 6 months AND MORE to get fixed and my family and I were never once called and informed on the status of the vehicle or any updates on what needed to be fixed. The only time my family and I got an update was if we called the dealership ourselves and the service representatives tell us they will call us and NEVER HAVE CALLED US. I’m still waiting on one last part that was quoted to be in but the dealership is still waiting on the part and have not updated us on what’s going on. The vehicle was returned to me in poor condition not as I left it from the accident. My truck was very dirty on the inside, I have missing paint on my passenger door, I have a dent that I never had before, my windshield wiper fluid wouldn’t spray, and my hood is not lined up on my truck. For being a “valued” returning customer I am not pleased with this service and this is not acceptable. More

I originally came for maintenance on my vehicle saw an oil change, tire rotation. Also wanted Jim to look at a sound that my car was making the service department. Figure out everything that was wrong with my car Jim arrange for my car to get picked up for service and dropped off, which was amazing seeing that I’m on market manager for Associated Bank my schedule is very hectic and I’m at different locations all the time so that came in very handy and convenient. Unfortunately Jim forgot to order the part that I need to fix after the oil change which was under warranty as well. I called him. He told me that he ordered the part that it was on the truck. It was supposed to be delivered next day called him again. The next day part never showed up so I waited and gave them some time. Come to find out. Jim never ordered the part, apparently he no longer works for the company and I was working with the service manager there at Lake Ford and I just felt a ton of inconveniences is within that interaction and already frustrated with jims. Lack of urgency for my car. Jesse did order the car part which came next day under warranty and scheduled me to get that service completed that following day after talking to her finally at the gym no longer works with the company. My frustration with that was that I asked for service pick up and she told me that they no longer do that when I told her to clarify why she then switched it and said that that location would only do a 5 mile radius for service pick up and I asked her to define mad because on the website, it does not say if it’s, a 5 mile radius or not I work in banking I read disclosures it’s something that I do just so I don’t play myself out of service and the website does not say that that’s fine whatever I dropped my car off at 7 AM that day for service I called to make sure that you know the car was completed around 1030. They told me that they cannot release my car to the warranty company since overpayment again I understand that part, but no one disclose that with me when she told me to bring it in for warranty when I talk to Jim about the warranty for this part, no one told me that I couldn’t drive my car while you guys waited for payment. It took me having to call the warranty company to ask what’s taking so long for payment to confirm that the service was completed all and all they were waiting for all the warranty place was white, waiting for Lake ford to send over the official invoice after again calling the service department, telling them what the warranty department was waiting for for payment to be able to pay them for what they put on my car. My car was released within 30 minutes like why is it so hard for that started to be on top of their job. I’m not understanding and I’ve been coming to that location for years now I bought multiple cars from this particular dealership. I refuse to let to any other dealership but now because of this instance and how big of an inconvenience it was a miscommunication with the staff at myself. I don’t even wanna come here anymore. The worst experience I’ve ever had. More
They’re always so nice, fast and affordable! There parking lot is safe so I feel comfortable leaving my truck there overnight for oil changes or worked on for other things.
