Paid for nothing Needed a factory reset for some features after an after market item was installed. Paid $143.00 for absolutely nothing. Charged for "labor". Car is still the same as when I took it there, and nothing was done to it. I understand that the item needs to be uninstalled before Ford can work on it-that's fine. Just steamed that I paid all that money when nothing was done to the car. The only plus they get is they got me in on a Monday morning on short notice. More

Fast and efficient service. As usual. On my way to a medical treatment the Tire pressure warning sounded. I stopped briefly to see if was an obvious problem needing immediate attention. Not finding an obvious reason for the warming I proceeded to my treatment, parking where I could deal with a flat after returning to my car. All was good upon my return so I proceeded to Braeger to determine what set the warning off. Caleb met me immediately after I entered the service area and I explained my reason for stopping. H he quoted me a price to check the tires and asked if I wanted my oil changed as he saw the sticker on the window showed it was time. I added the Works package to the service request. Forty minutes later My vehicle was done at a price that was less than I expected. All tires were down on pressure about equally due to the first really cold night and one set the sensor off.
