Lake Ford - Service Center

Repair for a hit from a deer. Car was finished on the day they said. Took car Friday night and the person in the back on the drivers side could not get the door to open, child lock Car was finished on the day they said. Took car Friday night and the person in the back on the drivers side could not get the door to open, child locks were not on. It had to be opened from the outside. By the time we came home the door would not open from the inside or outside. Called Gina Monday morning took the car in about 1:00 and she took the car and brought it back in about 20 minutes all fixed. More

Great Service My 2012 Ford Focus had a light come on telling me that I was low on brake fluid. I called Braeger Ford and they were able to take me in right away. My 2012 Ford Focus had a light come on telling me that I was low on brake fluid. I called Braeger Ford and they were able to take me in right away. They replaced my front brake pads and rotors. While checking over my car they discovered that I had a crack in my coolant bottle which they were able to replace. They also noticed that there was a recall on a side door latch for my car and they were able to take care of this during this same visit. Very efficient. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. If I need any service in the future I would definitely take my car back to Braeger. More
