I had my 2011 Camry in for regular maintenance. Brian was incredible! Outlined everything for me and made sure that everything I asked for was taken care of. When all was needed was for him to listen to my complaint. Sometimes the customer actually know more about cars than Craig. I think he hasn't worked on a car himself ever. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave wit getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave with more problems than you had before. And then they will have the audacity to ask you to bring it back in so they can run more tests. The commission breath is real. Maybe most people dread the up-sale wjen you bring your vehicle in for service, I had a few service requests to inquire about, he didn’t want to speak with me or answer questions. Each time I was there they treated me like I was a pain for being there. Maybe they are just so busy they can’t take time for more listening for sales. Disappointing More
