Had a 7:45AM APPOINTMENT for 3 simple but important things that should have only taken a few hours. I got a message at 4:15PM identifying other things that I might want to have done. After some back and forth, was told that work had not even started on the 3 simple things FOR WHICH I MADE MY APPOINTMENT!!! I work for FEDEX and planned the APPOINTMENT for my day off so I could get the car back. Because your team FAILED to honor my APPOINTMENT, I couldn't get my car back until the third day. That cost me a lot of money. More

Unfortunately, what I thought was a quik fix turned into a Tues thru Friday appt. Two employees called in sick the day scheduled , next a part was unavailable , then it was discovered a different part neede a Tues thru Friday appt. Two employees called in sick the day scheduled , next a part was unavailable , then it was discovered a different part needed to be overnighted from another state . I had hoped a loaner would be offered and I asked but nothing was available . So I needed to cancel several appointments and have various people on call to transport me to Lake Ford to retrieve my vehicle . It seems like I was just unlucky , however my car is now fixed. More

My car had to be towed in as I broke down while traveling home and this was one of the place’s recommended. It took way too long, I understand people have appointments but it shouldn’t take 4 days to figure home and this was one of the place’s recommended. I wouldn’t have been able to stay in a hotel the whole time. Communication was poor, and then Brian was super sassy when I simple called to see if I would be called when my car was finished, he also was sassy when he stated that he called me earlier in the day, he then recited the number that he called which was the wrong number, but got mad at me. They also first called and said the issue with my car was simply low coolant, but there were no leaks. I asked where does the coolant go if there’s no leaks, it can’t just disappear? To which he responded “I don’t know” but again acted annoyed that I even asked. Communication was so poor and the work was taking so long that I was very close to paying for a tow truck to take it somewhere else. More
I was pleasantly surprised today at the timely service I received. So much nicer than the all electronic transactions last time. The service representative Oliverio (spelling) was very friendly.
