Not impressed. My new PHEV escape is not going up to the initial 44 miles range. The EV baterry was drained and now it only recharges to about 22 mile range. I was charged over $200 for the diagnosis, on a less than 2 month old car. They didn't solve the issue. The explanation of the problem was very unsatisfactory. Foot fill expectancies. Found the problem and fixed it. Had to bring it a second time for a leak. got fixed as well and every thing looks good till now. The car was not washed as I was told but ask to bring it back to get it washed. A check list before turning the car to client will help to prevent minor details that say nothing but mean a lot. More
