We are disappointed to hear that you were not provided with regular updates on the status of the repairs during the time it took for your vehicle to be fixed. With respect to the vehicle repair taking six months to be completed, unfortunately, we are sometimes at the mercy of shipping delays and unavailability of parts, however, we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed throughout the repair process, and we apologize for failing to do so in your case. Regarding the poor condition in which your vehicle was returned, we apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience caused.
