I think they have been very good, however lately I have felt rushed and that I’m only going to get the bare minimum of service. I believe each time that this could improve though. I never received the phone call I asked before the repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service adviso repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service advisor it was still driving the same and asked him for the before and after settings report, to which the advisor said “they threw it away” leaving me with no way to be sure the alignment was even performed. I am unhappy with the service I received during this visit and will be contacting the department to discuss further. More

They missed the lug nuts swelling, didn't seem to want to do my brakes when I asked. Told me the issue was fixed but wasn't. Lugs could not be removed with 100+ lbs of force and caused me to break 2 tire iro do my brakes when I asked. Told me the issue was fixed but wasn't. Lugs could not be removed with 100+ lbs of force and caused me to break 2 tire irons. I asked them to take them off by hand but did so with their impact wrench and told me there was nothing wrong. They did however replace the lugs in lieu of tire irons breaking. Though couldn't tell me the brand and said they'd follow up the next day with info but never got a call back. Not sure I'll trust taking my car back as I've wasted far too much of my time dealing with this oversight/ mistake. More

I felt like they weren't being truthful with me. First my truck won't be ready for months. Then they ask me to trade it in instead of fixing it. After a couple days I finally said no to all offers a First my truck won't be ready for months. Then they ask me to trade it in instead of fixing it.
