When all was needed was for him to listen to my complaint. Sometimes the customer actually know more about cars than Craig. I think he hasn't worked on a car himself ever. How can u trust someone like that? They just take your money and never learn about the vehicles they service. Unbelievably bad customer service. More

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave wit getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave with more problems than you had before. And then they will have the audacity to ask you to bring it back in so they can run more tests. The commission breath is real. Maybe most people dread the up-sale wjen you bring your vehicle in for service, I had a few service requests to inquire about, he didn’t want to speak with me or answer questions. Each time I was there they treated me like I was a pain for being there. Maybe they are just so busy they can’t take time for more listening for sales. Disappointing More

They offered to buff the scatches out, that didn't work. So, not only did they paint my doors but they also covered the cost. It did take a little longer than expected ,but its because they are perfectionists. I'm very pleased and happy with Lake Ford Dealership Collision Center and the sales department. Matt the manager, AJ my go to guy who sold me the truck, and Crystal and Mario from the Collision Center are the best. I highly recommend Lake Ford for your next vehicle purchase or repairs. More
