Window sticker said no visible fluid leaks. After two service appointments it still leaks. Don't trust their "ford technician" propaganda. After much researching on the internet and communicating with dealerships by email, my husband and I drove from Stoughton, WI to Milwaukee to trade in our Ford Freestyle for a used Ford TaurusX. The employe with dealerships by email, my husband and I drove from Stoughton, WI to Milwaukee to trade in our Ford Freestyle for a used Ford TaurusX. The employees at Braeger Ford were friendly, helpful and willing to work with us to get a good deal. Overall a very good experience. Erin was very helpful and not too quick to sell. We were just trying to figure out if there was a model that fit our needs. She answered questions quickly and immediatle and not too quick to sell. We were just trying to figure out if there was a model that fit our needs. I traveled from central Wisconsin to Milwaukee because this dealership had the vehicle I wanted on the lot and was willing to work with me to accomplish what I needed to do. I traded in a 2010 Fusion and this dealership had the vehicle I wanted on the lot and was willing to work with me to accomplish what I needed to do.
