When I got my car I had battery issues and had to pay for electrial testing even though it was under factory warranty. When I took it in to my local dealer, as I drove a few hours to purchase this car from B electrial testing even though it was under factory warranty. When I took it in to my local dealer, as I drove a few hours to purchase this car from Brager Ford, they notified me I had several parts missing.. some caps to things, covers, etc. And also a loose front fender. When I notified Nick he acted like he would take care of the missing parts and loose fender with no problem. When I attempted to schedule a time to make the drive to get things all fixed, Nick stopped responding to my emails. Still waiting on that response. When I pay over $15,000 for a car I at least would like to have all of the parts included. More
