This is the first time I have, actually, enjoyed purchasing a new car. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Shane was very thorough in explaining the 2 cars I was interested in. Heather in Finance was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and I did not once feel like I was signing any mystery papers. Even the other sales people who were not busy helping someone were friendly and personable in passing. I would recommend Nick Strickling and Braeger Ford to anyone interested in a great experience when buying a car. I went in wanting to get a great car for a great price and that is exactly what I did. I feel like Nick was there to help me get the car I wanted and make sure I was happy with my new purchase. I also feel Braeger Ford stands behind there product.
