Worked with Nick and Nick for at least 2 months trying to find the perfect car for me. Actually took quicker than I expected with all of the needs and wants that I had. luis was very friendly .what i likesd alot was he was nit pushy,i didnt feel like i was trying to be sold on things i didnt want. i had less than good credit ,and this team put together a wonderful deal for pushy,i didnt feel like i was trying to be sold on things i didnt want. i had less than good credit ,and this team put together a wonderful deal for me at 5.9 percent financing,which was great for me. i guess the things i was dissatified with were the trad in value,it was less than blue book.and i could have been taught a few things about the electronic goodies the fusion has to offer ,which ive never encountered. other than that ,i was overall very happy. My experience began with searching the web for comparable fusions in the area. Braeger has a nice, user friendly website for viewing some of their inventory. I was connected there to Rik. Rik’s initial and continued contact was friendly and allowed me set the pace for the process of buying my used vehicle. I greatly appreciated Rik’s conversational and personal sales approach. If and when I had questions, Rik was immediately willing to share information or express willingness to find out the answer. His dedication to customer satisfaction went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to finish the sale of my vehicle. The new car buying process can be an intimidating and stereotypical one - you almost feel as if a giant trap is about to be sprung, holding you to 4 or 5 years of payments on a single item that you rely stereotypical one - you almost feel as if a giant trap is about to be sprung, holding you to 4 or 5 years of payments on a single item that you rely upon almost every day of your life. Make the wrong decision and you'll literally be paying for it for the next 60 months. I felt the same feelings creeping up as I inched toward buying a 2012 Ford Focus and signing on the dotted line. As I sit here and reflect, the process at Braeger was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever come across. If I had to buy another car today, I wouldn't hesitate to stop down there. Erik was patient, friendly and accommodating. Heather somehow found financing with an APR that I can show people with one finger - no, it's not the usual finance finger. If every new car experience was like this one, we'd all have 4 cars - it was that enjoyable. I just wish there were a way to walk into a dealership feeling this way. I hope this helps a few people find their way to Braeger - it's the way every new car experience should be. More
