I was in the market for a new car and a brother in law recommended working with Santiago. Upon meeting him, I learned of what my brother in law was talking about with him. He showed me all the features the Edge had to offer and was patient with my many questions(I'm new to the Ford corporation) He worked with me on all my options. He was laid back and I didn't feel pressured in any way. He walked me through step by step about payments, warranties and all the usual car buying steps, but it felt relaxed not overwhelming. I used to think Fords were some of the worst vehicles out there, but he made me a believer in Ford. Then my wife's car was starting to show its age and we decided that this was the sales guy we wanted to work with again. And we did, not with a Ford but with a Mitsubishi as it is also under the Braeger name. Again, we had the laid back, no pressure feel. I would recommend working with Santiago if you're in the market for a new car. Everyone that worked with us on these 2 vehicles, from the finance lady at Ford to John Steele at Mitsubishi appraising my wife's traded in car made us very happy and we will definitely return for all our vehicle purchases. A few days ago my wife and I wondered onto the Braeger Ford lot searching for a new truck online. I was not on the lot long when I was there approached and offered assistance from Robert. I had visited many dealerships that day and was exhausted from salesmen not listening to me and trying to force me into a vehicle I did not want. I was impressed with his casual approach. He walked with me as I browsed the lot answering my questions I felt no pressure from him which was a relief. My wife and myself really had no idea what we wanted and were looking just looking. After about 15 minutes of browsing my wife spotted a Red F150 with that new twin turbo ecoboost engine, and fell in love with it on the spot because of the backup camera. I liked the ride and pick up and go!!! I was not ready to purchase the truck at that moment as we were just looking. He was extremely polite and stated he would get the keys and show us some of the features before we test drive it to see if it really is something my wife would like. He then sat quietly in the back seat while my wife drove. We returned to the dealership and I stated I would have to think about it and was going home now as i was a long day already. There were no attempts to sell me on the spot or even push to get me into the building... He simply gave me his card and said it was a pleasure helping me and to take my time. He offered to send me the link to the truck so I could view photos at home. I went home and shopped around a little on the internet looking at other dealers, but that was pretty much of the same thing... I called him the next day and indicated I wanted to get some figures on the one we test drove; since I filled out a credit application online Robert had a sweet quote sent to my email (blackberry) as I was busy at work. I returned to the dealership after work to purchase, I was introduced to the sales manager and took a short tour of the dealership and meet the service department manager and body shop estimator (just in case:) In the end I was able to purchase the vehicle my wife wanted with no hassle. What was cool is that Robert took extra time to help my wife get used to using the sync hands free system. I didn't see anything I'd consider negative at the dealership; granted some dealers have new buildings and lots of flash... But then again.. I'm not interested in buying a building or a banner on every car in the lot...And I can say I got value for my money, not just a vehicle but actual customer service and total support for my new truck (actually my wife's new truck ;) More
I came into Braeger last thursday and worked with Nick Strickling. He was very nice, and outgoing. He helped me find the right vehicle at a great price. I basically felt like they didn't care. Luis didn't want to get to know me, didn't want to figure out what features I wanted, and didn't ask any questions to get to know me. I special ordered a 2011 Explorer through James. It took a while to get it in and there was a few things that were not quite what I ordered. The biggest issue was their SYNC system for directions vs their N a while to get it in and there was a few things that were not quite what I ordered. The biggest issue was their SYNC system for directions vs their Navigation system. I kept asking to make sure I would get a GPS, told I was, only to find out I did not, I got the SYNC voice system (their version of a GPS), not the navigation system. Kyle the manager stepped in to help as well and he looked for the car I had and wanted, only to find out to get the Navigation system, you have to have leather seats. I did not want leather. Now FORD, who thought of that? Why can we not have the option of the higher grade SUV with the navigation system AND cloth seats, NOT EVERYONE WANTS LEATHER. In fact, I will make a bet that a man thought of that.... so, I put this challenge to Ford, Go put the Explorer outside in the hot blazing sun with the windows up. Then take the guy who thought of this and have him put on a pair of girly short shorts and tell him to go sit in the front seat. When he screams in pain from the second degree burns on his inner thighs, (make sure you roll the windows down for the best effect and pitch, THEN talk to me about leather! So, we are working on the GPS issue, it has taken a while, but both Kyle and James have been very good about it and are making sure that I get things exactly the way I want them. More

I had been to four other dealers prior to going to Braeger. The other dealers did not seem interested to work with me in selling me a truck. Not only did I feel that I recieved a fair price for the ne Braeger. The other dealers did not seem interested to work with me in selling me a truck. Not only did I feel that I recieved a fair price for the new truck, Luis and Kyle were more than willing to provide me a fair price on my trade! Luis took the time to review what I was looking for and the time to locate a F-150 with a 6.5' box! Luis took the time even on his days off and never made me feel that I was "taking up his time". More
