When I got my car I had battery issues and had to pay for electrial testing even though it was under factory warranty. When I took it in to my local dealer, as I drove a few hours to purchase this car from B electrial testing even though it was under factory warranty. When I took it in to my local dealer, as I drove a few hours to purchase this car from Brager Ford, they notified me I had several parts missing.. some caps to things, covers, etc. And also a loose front fender. When I notified Nick he acted like he would take care of the missing parts and loose fender with no problem. When I attempted to schedule a time to make the drive to get things all fixed, Nick stopped responding to my emails. Still waiting on that response. When I pay over $15,000 for a car I at least would like to have all of the parts included. More

I was searching for a used Fusion and had been to several lots in the waukesha area. I saw the Breager add in the paper and they were selling Newer Fusions for much less than others. After almost 6 months of very picky searching for a used Ford Escape online and on lots, I came across Braeger Ford advertising a new 2012 Escape for less than 2011's I was seeing at other dealerships, and Ford Escape online and on lots, I came across Braeger Ford advertising a new 2012 Escape for less than 2011's I was seeing at other dealerships, and nearly the same price as the used ones i had any interest in. I assumed their was a catch, so I used the live chat to ask what the catch was. I chatted with Nick Strickling and he assured me their was no catch and even though they were advertising a blue escape he told me he could get me the black one me and my wife wanted for the same low low price. Still skeptical I told him we would drive down and check it out. That ended up being a great decision. Their was no catch, and instead of settling for a used vehicle which wasn't exactly what we wanted we were able to get a new 2012 with everything we wanted and for nearly the same price as the used ones at other dealerships. Nick Strickling was great to work with from the start. His laid back, no pressure approach was just what we were looking for but hadn't found anywhere else. At no point did he try to put us in something other than what we were asking for, or tell us what features we did or didn't want. Braeger didn't have the black Escape we wanted on there lot but, Kyle Serwatka got it there the next day from Oshkosh and still kept it at their extremely low price. Nick and Kyle were diligent in helping us and stayed nearly and hour after they closed to help us with everything. After all this when me and my wife got home I was still contemplating a moon roof that I always wanted in a vehicle of mine, I emailed Nick at Midnight telling him we wanted the moon roof. Without batting an eye Nick called me the next morning saying they had found us one with the moon roof, and it was all taken care of. The next night we drove down to pick up our new escape. We also had a wonderful experience with Heather Kruse who went over the financial paper work and extended warranty information. Know we had just spent a lot of money Heather didn't pressure us to decide on the warranty that night and told us we could decide after we had time to relax. Nick, Kyle, and Heather all blew every car sales stereotype out of the water. The whole work place had a laid back family/friend like atmosphere, Nick even took the time to text me and my wife a few days later when we had our first baby boy, Andrew. Anytime I am looking for a vehicle my search will start and end at Braeger Ford. I wish nothing but success to Nick and the rest of them, something that they all have obviously earned on their own.
