I call to make an appointment and the next day they pick up my vehicle and return it when services are complete. I don't have to worry about taking the vehicle to Lake Ford and finding a rise home because o up my vehicle and return it when services are complete. They tried to charge me for maintenance covered under my warranty but Lucas Sorensen fixed the issue and was a great help. Lucas has been the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the dealership and will warranty but Lucas Sorensen fixed the issue and was a great help. They service on my Ford f150 was terrible they didn't wash the car. They broke my front grill which is ridiculous. They left my front hood open luckily when I was driving on the highway I noticed it was wash the car. They broke my front grill which is ridiculous.
