Poor Customer Service I had to call the dealership for 3 day to make an appointment. Either the phone rings off the hook or the mailbox for service is full. I actually had to drive down there to make an appointment. When I mentioned to them about having a hard time trying to make and appointment. The guy that helped me just shrugged his shoulders and gave me the impression that, is normal there and he didn't seemed concern. But on the brighter side, The reception name Lupe is pleasant and grateful for you call. Now trying to find out if my jeep is finished is another story. They said they would call me when my car was done, I'm trying to make arrangement to get a ride to pick up my car. Once again the phone rings off the hook with no answer... Very frustrating!!!! My opinion is make the extra drive to Temecula or to Norco to get your car worked on. They have lost my business More

Justine in the service dept. is the best, always on her game, if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she will go above and beyond to get it. The place is always kept clean, and the rest of the staff is always so friendly with me, i think the last time i counted 8 different "hello how are you's" glad to see there"s still a place to go that appreciates my business. And then when you call in to tell him that the problem done and that they need to send a service technician down to verify that I'm telling the truth he doesn't return your call. This place would be a helluva lot better without Joel. More
