Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Brought my truck to this dealership for 2 reasons in which they called me up and told me they repair the problem but when I tried to come and pick up my truck that they claim those ready they would not which they called me up and told me they repair the problem but when I tried to come and pick up my truck that they claim those ready they would not release my flag because my service person was not available 2 days later they call me up and said they found something else wrong with my truck when they took it for a test drive After telling me that they test drove the vehicle several times and found nothing I told them I could not afford this extra $450 they wanted to charge me to diagnose my vehicle They did this after closing out the order the 1st order that the warranty pay for I told them I cannot afford it they told me they would call me back after speaking to the warranty company never called me back but went on ahead without my permission and broke down my truck and charged me anyway for all the diagnostic and fees to fix it The manager is such a bully I have recordings how he spoke to me the last 3 weeks and especially to day telling me that I better come and pay for my truck he closed out the whole work order to prevent the corporation who agreed to pay for my truck he closed it out so that they couldn't They said all they can offer me was reimbursement because a how he closed it out I have a recording from him saying he close it out because he did not have time for them to be investigating the last repairs that they made and that the payment would take too long to go through I am now posting it on YouTube so that I can advertise how I was treated More
