I can’t begin to tell you, my husband brought my jeep to have the oil change. We were unable to get an oil change for his truck in Temecula where he purchased it we walked into your service department to re have the oil change. We were unable to get an oil change for his truck in Temecula where he purchased it we walked into your service department to register my jeep talk to our service advisor for my jeep and he gave us advice on my husband’s truck. My husband is extremely pleased. Saved quite a bit of money and we were able to get both are vehicle serviced. I will now be servicing. Both are vehicles at your Location, thank you to our service technician for taking the time to look over our truck and get us a service contract. I also want to thank him for making sure that we knew how long are wait time would be. Or if we needed a ride anywhere or anything. See you all soon. More
Started back in May, took the vehicle in for warranty repair items. First they replaced the thermostat and we had to wait for the water pump to come in as we were losing coolant, they wanted to do a coo repair items. First they replaced the thermostat and we had to wait for the water pump to come in as we were losing coolant, they wanted to do a coolant flush during the thermostat switch which made no sense as by replacing the water pump they would have to add more coolant at that time. Either way I approved it. Then our back up camera wasn't working either. They had the vehicle for much longer then we were quoted, got the vehicle back and no more coolant leak but back up camera still not working properly. Paid my warranty deductible at that time anyway. Took vehicle back in Aug as there was still a issue with the camera, they took it in and then charged me a diagnostic fee of I believe $310, for a warranty repair that they had already worked on. Waited 3 months with absolutely no word from them about the camera, called again and was told it was a custom part they were waiting on from Chrysler so I called Dodge in Temecula and Norco, come to find out that the wiring harness was in stock on the East Coast. So I call the service dept, confirmed it would work, asked why I had to find this part on my own when they couldn't then was told the part would be in Nov 4. Didnt hear back until I called on 11/15 to be told the part "just came in". Scheduled vehicle for 11/23 and told them we would need to pick up 11/28, well vehicle wasn't done. When I asked why, they stated they didn't have any bays open so my vehicle that I made an appointment for sat for 5 days before being touched. Taylor then told me I needed $2000 worth of other work (including the above mentioned coolant flush again) when I told her I approved that previously she told me that I was correct and it had been done but when I spoke to the person in accounting they stated they never did a coolant flush so I dont know who is lying to me. Also told me I needed service on my transmission that isn't even 6 months old. Called another dodge dealership and got a quote for exact same service and it was half the price. Then when we finally pick the van up a day late we were charged another warranty deductible, when I stated not only did I pay it the first time I also paid a diagnostic fee I was told it was because I picked up the van while waiting on the part... they were supposed to just hold my van for 3 months??? So now I have spent over $500 for a warranty repair, was down a work vehicle for approximately 15-20 days throughout the ordeal, and to top that off there was also damage done to the passenger door that they denied even though I brought it to their attention immediately after we picked it up, they wanted to charge $185 to diagnose it. Update- On top of all the above and below now my interior lights dont work! Come to find out they were never connected back Update- after getting in contact with Don the service manager he agreed I was improperly charged $185 diagnostic, the additional amount of the $310 was for a oil change. Update 2- Went today to get the refund, Don is no longer there and the new manager said he'd have to look into it. Dallas Ford has not returned a phone call, text or email. He reached out asking to speaker but then disappeared. More

The girl on the phone said they can look at the truck for service within two days from my appointment, when I arrived the tech said diesel trucks probably won’t be looked at for a week but they would do thei service within two days from my appointment, when I arrived the tech said diesel trucks probably won’t be looked at for a week but they would do their best to get it in and out. And I think they looked at the truck within a couple of days and had it repaired. Overall they got me repaired and back on the road in a reasonable timeframe. More
As busy as the service department was, Tony made sure I received my car within a reasonable time since it is my work vehicle. He offered an option that saved me some money on an expensive repair, so I foun received my car within a reasonable time since it is my work vehicle. He offered an option that saved me some money on an expensive repair, so I found value in that. This my second Charger being serviced at LE CDJR, and I'll continue to bring my vehicle here! More
