I brought my truck in for a recall and oil change. During the oil change, I requested (and they usually do this anyhow), a tire rotation and to top off all the fluids. The fluids were not topped off, the following day I started my car and the tire pressure was low (I requested 55 PSI in the front and 45 PSI in the back) and the windshield wiper fluid alert went off as well. Whoever worked on my car didn't top off the fluids and for the second time in a row couldn't get my tire pressure correct either. I will start bringing my truck to another Dodge for service as it blows my mind that not only do they miss things that are part of the normal maintenance, but even when I specifically ask for things I know have been missed in the past, they get overlooked as well. I also did not receive a call when my car was done, I was busy at work and noticed around 5pm that no one had called me. I reached out and was told by the front desk to get there earlier than 6pm or else id have to come back the following day. I stated that someone needs to wait for me to get there as it isn't my fault no one called to tell me my car was done. After walking around the dealership multiple times looking for assistance when I did arrive (a little after 6pm) I ran into a gentleman named Logan. I did not get his last name, but he was the most helpful person I have ever come across at this dealership. I don't get the sense customer service is important here based on all my visits, if only they had more people like Logan working there Id come back. More

They did a good job on the alignment of my truck. Only issue I have is their price is $190 compared to $130 for other dealers. You can charge what you want, but I can go where I want. While the service agent was excellent, my experience with the service left much to be desired. Despite visiting the auto service center twice before, the problem with my vehicle had not been properly diagnosed I have now replaced my main battery and the auto start stop battery costing me nearly $1000. Now I have to return for a 3rd time. Did they offer to pick up my truck, no, instead gave me the next available appt 2 days out and asked me to use my insurance to tow it in. WOW. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, as I had expected their experienced mechanics to identify and fix the issue efficiently at least on the 2nd visit More
