Two and a half months to make a seat belt and radio repair. No updates from shop. No calls or text to let me know what was going on. It takes more than 20 mins to talk to someone only to be put on hold repair. No updates from shop. No calls or text to let me know what was going on. It takes more than 20 mins to talk to someone only to be put on hold again because no one knew what was going on with my truck. Had to go in personally every week to get an update because no one returned my calls like they said they would. No one knew the status of my truck. They all said no notes were made in the computer for my truck and did not know what was supposed to be repaired. Manager Tony Scalero did not know the status of my truck. He gave me empty promises to call back and have the truck ready by Monday for almost a four Mondays. David and Logan ended up helping me out and giving me the status of my truck. More
