My wife went to get an oil change with our two year old toddler. After the oil change (which took about an hour and a half with an appointment.) she was asked if she wanted a complimentary car wash, they s toddler. It had already been sound 45 minutes and out toddler was already fussy, so she went to check up on the car. The car was still in the same spot they had left it at with no wash. She then asked what was going on and they said it was already washed. She then showed them that it wasn’t and they apologized and said there was miscommunication between the techs. So unfortunately my wife had to leave with no wash. Not having it washed was not the issue, but waiting the extra 45 minutes for nothing to be done was. Thank you, More

Had a hard time getting someone to answer my phone call. Got close once. Call got routed to service department and someone picked up the receiver and let the phone on the desk. A’s further illustrated by the gentleman at the service desk that I had the opportunity to speak with. I asked him when I could get my vehicle serviced, he said 8:00 in the morning would be best to get in and out. I relied on the information and I scheduled another appointment for 10:30. I then received a telling me that my service appointment is at 10:00! My husband took the vehicle in for me and NOONE told him when the vehicle was finished. I have always had a good experience at LEJD Until now. I will rethink my future needs. More
