Dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked it up the blinker warning came on and said the front blinkers did not work. When I called to discuss it they would not take my phone call. I drove back up the blinker warning came on and said the front blinkers did not work. When I called to discuss it they would not take my phone call. I drove back down there and talk to a service representative and he said I would have to have a diagnostic done. I told him I should not have to pay for that because it worked when I dropped it off. He said he would talk to his manager and call me. STILL WAITING. I will have to go to Temecula now More

Overall I had an outstanding experience bringing my vehicle to Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM. I made an appointment for an oil change and Taylor assisted me with the check in process and sh vehicle to Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM. I brought our Jeep Wrangler in for a recall. Was told that the alignment was covered in the recall. When the service advisor called to say the recall was complete he stated I have bad news the Was told that the alignment was covered in the recall. When the service advisor called to say the recall was complete he stated I have bad news the alignment is not covered. I asked why would he tell us that twice that it was covered and come back and say it wasn't. He said he made a mistake. When my husband picked the jeep up the service advisor told my husband the recall didn't have to be done as it had an after market lift on it. When my husband showed me the paperwork after bringing the jeep home it states on the paperwork the recall was performed. So they lied. More
