I knew what car I wanted the minute I walked into each dealer, and Hans and Matthew were the only ones committed to selling me the car I wanted and not trying to move me into a car that fit their interest better. Real refreshing compared to the other two bait-and-switch dealers. Hans and I were able to get a deal done fairly quickly and we had a little fun in the process. During my visit, the entire staff was friendly and engaging.
