Reconsider when buying from this dealership On 12/15/2022 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 dodge scat pack charger from this dealership. From test driving to signing the process was good. 12/15/2022 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 dodge scat pack charger from this dealership. From test driving to signing the process was good. There were some kinks in the financial aspect at first: bank didn’t fund the dealership in time so received a notice to return vehicle due to non funding, which was concerning but then later cleared by the financer; Carlos, who was a real professional. He even went out of his way to get a better APR % rate which was great. I reached out 3 weeks after purchase to address vehicle issues that arose and was told I do not have my extended warranty until 30 days after purchase. (Paperwork said warranty comes into affect at time of sale??) After having the vehicle for a month I then brought it back into the service department to address the following: back up camera was faulty, reservoir was in horrible condition-had really dirty fluid, back speaker started to sound blown out, and gears were shifting hard from 1st to 2nd. A month or two later the back up camera started messing up again and the speaker as well. This then made me inspect the vehicle even more and that is when I noticed paint drips on the back bumper. I ended up buying the full carfax report which was not disclosed to me before the time of purchase. I saw that the dealership had major repairs done before selling. This included an engine overhaul, throttle body replacement, water pump replacement, anti-coolant flush, radiator replacement, heater hoses were replaced and also the fuel injection system was cleaned. (Why would a dealership sell a vehicle that was abused this badly as a CPO?) Mind you the car was only two years old… After countless attempts to try and schedule to have my issues addressed again I finally was able to bring in the vehicle for repairs. Was told they would keep the vehicle for 2-3 business days at most and they ended up keeping it for almost two weeks. This really put me out. Same thing happened again then I brought it in for a 3rd time. Was told a couple days and they kept it for a week. I’m the meantime I had to pay over $650 for a rental because they could not provide a courtesy vehicle. The bumper was repainted 3x bc their body shop couldn’t do the job right the first or second time.. Tried to get a report/document of what was done to my vehicle and they said they didn’t have a record of it. It took a week to get a repair document. This vehicle has caused me nothing but a head ache. I reached out to the general manager and service manger and didn’t get a response. The service department ghosted me after trying to reach out again because the speaker is still messing up. Please please please do not do business with this place. Save yourself your time and money. More
