Dealership marked car price below market on its website under the cars price on the window sticker to draw customers in. Then when its time to sign the paperwork added additional options to a used car that under the cars price on the window sticker to draw customers in. The usual tactic of a small non franchise dealership. No paperwork in vehicle stating that additional dealership APO’s (mandatory add ons) were Applied to the car. Was told it should have been in the car window. And when it wasn’t prices of the additional mandatory items change so it would be too hard to keep up with. Male staff was mostly dressed casually, shorts and polo shirts that did not look like business professional attire. Female staff were dressed as business professionals and acted professionally. Never have liked buying from dealerships, the mind games/ slight of hand trying to tell a customer you got them what they wanted. Ran the numbers and followed the paperwork and there were the additional adjustments/ additions that were never brought up that amounted to an additional fee of several thousand dollars. This has caused me to further distrust dealerships, I know there trying to make money, but the way they went about it feels dishonest. Be upfront open, and honest. It would be nice to have a dealership follow this way of thinking/ outlook on life. More

I took my jeep wrangler to another Jeep dealership closer to where it broke down and they could not figure out what was wrong after having it for a week and wanted me to do $3,000 worth of repairs HOPING tha to where it broke down and they could not figure out what was wrong after having it for a week and wanted me to do $3,000 worth of repairs HOPING that was the problem.
