I brought our Wrangler diesel in for an oil change without an appointment and they took care of it without protest. My wife went to get an oil change with our two year old toddler. After the oil change (which took about an hour and a half with an appointment.) she was asked if she wanted a complimentary car wash, they s toddler. After the oil change (which took about an hour and a half with an appointment.) she was asked if she wanted a complimentary car wash, they said it would only be about 20 minutes, so she said yes. It had already been sound 45 minutes and out toddler was already fussy, so she went to check up on the car. The car was still in the same spot they had left it at with no wash. She then asked what was going on and they said it was already washed. She then showed them that it wasn’t and they apologized and said there was miscommunication between the techs. So unfortunately my wife had to leave with no wash. Not having it washed was not the issue, but waiting the extra 45 minutes for nothing to be done was. Thank you, More
