So I just had to have a new Scion FR-S. Early availability is scarce, so I was initially just looking for a dealer that wasn't putting a dealer markup on the vehicle. I decided to call my hometown dealer and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and non-pushy attitude of Lenny. The last thing anyone wants when shopping for a new vehicle is the throng of salesmen waiting to ambush you at the front door. That's not an issue at Rountree-Moore. I setup a late appointment with Lenny to come in and test drive the one they had on the lot and order the one I wanted. He was friendly and understanding during the entire process. In the end, we ordered the vehicle I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay, with the added bonus of a no-hassle fair trade in for my 2007 Scion tC. Three weeks later, the car showed up and Lenny called. I swear, I think he was as excited as I was. Did I mention I was excited? The paperwork process was a little slow because Tropical Storm Debby had knocked out a bunch of equipment, but Bill the sales manager was patient and willing to work with us. After looking back on everything, I have to say that I had an excellent buying experience and, if in the market for a Toyota or Scion, would absolutely and without question go back to this dealership. Logan was good in his presentation; he is still learning and seems very willing to learn more to better himself. It drove very well and comparable to the LaCross I had driven before. Suggestion: The detailers need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the windows, inside and out. Otherwise the auto presented beautifully!!! I had a great time with the "chicken dance" with other customers and the staff.
