They are worst ever. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. We had a horrible experience after ordering a new truck and the service department is deplorable. We took our brand new truck for it's first oil change and they didn't even check to make sure they put in enough oil. My husband checked it when he got home and it wasn't even touching the dip stick. He called them and they did come to our house and put in more oil but it wasn't the right kind recommended by GMC! The service manager should be fired. More

My car battery had died and I was about 1 block from the dealership, which happens to be the same one as I always use. So I walked there told them about my car and they had a technician take me back to the dealership, which happens to be the same one as I always use. So I walked there told them about my car and they had a technician take me back to the car, charged the battery and then I drove it to the dealership. They took the car in and replaced the battery. Very nice and helpful people there. More
