I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment for service. The Service Advisor came out a greeted me. He then placed a paper floormat and a plastic seat protector on the drivers sid appointment for service. The Service Advisor came out a greeted me. He told me it only required an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I told him I would wait on the car. The service only took around 30-35 until the vehicle was ready. More

They are worst ever. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. We had a horrible experience after ordering a new truck and the service department is deplorable. We took our brand new truck for it's first oil change and they didn't even check to make sure they put in enough oil. My husband checked it when he got home and it wasn't even touching the dip stick. He called them and they did come to our house and put in more oil but it wasn't the right kind recommended by GMC! The service manager should be fired. More
