We waited 5 minutes on arrival for someone to be at the service counter to check us in. Service was slow, we were later told “there are only two service men In the shop today” on a Saturday was told by sal service counter to check us in. Service was slow, we were later told “there are only two service men In the shop today” on a Saturday was told by salesman when car was purchased that I would receive 2 oil changes per year at no charge I found out At check out that we actually get $30 off two times per year (not what we were told at time of vehicle purchase l) $30 off does not make it worth my time to drive an hour and 15 minutes to Lake City for an oil change I can get vehicle serviced at a much closer GMC I wanted to give this dealership a shot at earning my business. We have been spoiled by the dealership we purchased our previous vehicle from They would be at your door when you arrived Signed you in, opened the door to the waiting room for you and serviced in a timely manner as well as vacuum out car and wash it. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment for service. The Service Advisor came out a greeted me. He told me it only required an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I told him I would wait on the car. The service only took around 30-35 until the vehicle was ready. More
