Lake City GMC - Service Center

I have always had Fords until this truck. Alway got my work done at the Ford dealer. Always got the tires rotated when I got as oil change, I always got the Works Service which included oil c Alway got my work done at the Ford dealer. I had to pay extra because my car a 2019 Mustang GT took extra oil. So it cost about $70. I have a Lifetime Maintenance Card from Lake City GMC and I used the Manager special to get an oil change and a tire rotation. and ended up paying $100. Only $30 more but not really take out the supposed discounts and it was $50 dollars more. So next time I'll check out Walts Ford in Live Oak to see if they can do an oil change at their Fast Lube. Plus I was told the lifetime Maintenance was a $30 discount but I was only given a $20 discount. And of a Lifetime Maintenance is just a $20 that is not worth it me. More

Was quoted over the phone, by Robbie, a price for the repair. I approved that quote. When I picked up my vehicle the charge was $300.00 more than the quote. My friend had a similar recall with her Honda. She was there 3 and a half hours. I had 3 different recall issues and all were completed in 45 minutes. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.
