Outstanding Service! I was traveling from North, GA to South, FL when I developed a front wheel bearing issue. I showed up at 4:45pm and the Company asked a mechanic to I was traveling from North, GA to South, FL when I developed a front wheel bearing issue. I showed up at 4:45pm and the Company asked a mechanic to stay beyond the 5pm closing time to work on my vehicle once it was determined, as I suspected, to be a serious bearing problem. I drove out at 5:30pm I couldn't ask for a more genuine and sincere group (all were family, I think) who stayed to give me quick, reliable and courteous service. I heard many people tell about the Excellent reputation this dealer has in the community. The members of this dealership were all up front and I did not get the run around that other dealers give when trying to negotiate a deal on a vehicle. There was not any salesman running back and forth to a Finance Manager trying to wear me down on a price. I was asked what I wanted in the deal, and that quick the deal was made. I would not go anywhere else for another vehicle. The service after the sale could not have been any better. Fast, dependable work. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. No pressure sales and straight forward pricing online without "hidden" fees and fake discounts. Went to Gainesville GMC website and the pricing is vague and shows disc and straight forward pricing online without "hidden" fees and fake discounts. I contacted this dealership about a used vehicle they had on their website. I received an email back from Norbie saying that I would be hearing back from someone. Edward emailed me and said that vehicle I on their website. I received an email back from Norbie saying that I would be hearing back from someone. Edward emailed me and said that vehicle I was looking at was already sold. He didn't ask if there was any other vehicles I was interested in. I then emailed him back with the type of vehicles I was looking for. He said that he looked forward to me coming in. I wasn't going to go unless I knew what they had for used vehicles first. I felt like if I went, it was going to be a high pressure sales pitch for something I would not have wanted. More
