WORST EXPERIENCE!! This dealership is a joke! We first looked at a 2500 in our home town. Came home to do a trucar run on this vehicle. That's when this dealership conta This dealership is a joke! We first looked at a 2500 in our home town. Came home to do a trucar run on this vehicle. That's when this dealership contacted us. We explained in detail what we were looking for, even a specific color. Salesman stated it had everything we wanted, to include fifth wheel ready. Explained that was a necessity and was promised it was on it. Drove an hour and a half to pick up the brand new truck. Told them we wanted everything ready when we arrived. They ran my fiance's credit and everything. Truck was not ready. When they finally "cleaned" it only to leave spiderwebs inside the door, no floor mats, not even paper ones, tailgate all scratched, no fifth wheel in it, a rubber piece broke inside of it, and there is more. We sat there for 4 hours only to get so aggravated with all the "miscommunication" as were told is what it was. Our salesman was inexperienced, and lacked confidence. The "sales manager", Ray, was very arrogant and unwilling to accommodate a second deal. Worst experience in my life at a dealership! More
