Why I like about Braeger Service is that we are always treated as if our car (and us) is the most important vehicle in the shop. Even when extremely busy, Roman always finds the time to be friendly. We are reassured upfront that the service team will do their best to determine any need for repairs and will make those repairs in a timely manner. I had an appointment for my first service (an oil and filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. He took the information and showed me where the customer waiting room was and told me I would be called when the car was ready. The room was pleasant, attractive, and comfortable. I sat down, made myself comfortable, and prepared for the long wait I was accustomed to at other service centers. Less than 30 minutes went by and my name was called. The car was ready and so was the paper work. I was told that first oil change was free. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I was on my way home less than an hour after I arrived. R.F. I have been getting my vehicles services at Braeger for four years now and every experience has been positive. I like the fact that I'm expected and remembered. Service staff has always been helpful and no four years now and every experience has been positive. I like the fact that I'm expected and remembered. Service staff has always been helpful and not too pushy. My only complaint is there is no wi-fi available in the waiting area. Scott Hansen is always responsive to my needs and service situation at hand. He is very accomodating with scheduling including drop off and pick up times. His dedication shows in his level of accountability to own and solve the problem. Also, he is honest about the required repairs and recommendations. Braeger is one of the few service facilities I am comfortable with having service my truck. I feel the staff understands how I wish my vehicles to be treated and cares for them accordingly. Scott and team has solved some problems I feel other service centers would not continue to pursue. For example, my truck had a very intermittent "clicking" sound in which Scott and his team would not give up on until the problem was successfully located and solved. Another dealership attempted to solve it numerous occasions unsuccessfully while the truck was under warranty. Also, based on personal experience, Braeger is an appropriate facility to accomodate fleet repairs. Scott understands and appreciates the effect down time can have on a business. It continues to be clear that Scott and Braeger Chevrolet drive to continously maximize customer service. More
I have been a longtime customer of Braeger and over the years, I have come to trust the service and advice of Craig Pozarski. I had to replace my transmission earlier this year and then again, had another years, I have come to trust the service and advice of Craig Pozarski. I had to replace my transmission earlier this year and then again, had another major expense with my 4 wheel drive seizing due to issues with the front differential. Through it all, Craig has always taken the time to thouroughly explain the issue(s) and provide his advice as to how we would approach the issue. I have come to rely, respect, and trust his opinions as I have never felt mislead or unsatisfied with the work of his team. When I purchased my last car, I did seek Craig's advice and will do so again within the next year when I replace one of my cars. Whether I purchase from Braeger or not, I will most likely bring my car to Craig for service due to the rapor I feel we have established. I normally do not take the time to submit these surveys, but felt with the last issue I had with my car, (as I was pretty upset not wanting to invest in my car anymore in favor of something new) that Craig helped to calm things and take the time to explain the issue. In doing so, he helped me realize fixing the car was the right decisions and we did so with used parts Vs new knowing that I will be selling soon. Thanks More
