After savings over 500 dollars in unnecessary repairs that were quoted to me by the other service facility. I'm now a customer of Braeger from here on out. Thanks again! More

Courtesy Braeger is a very courteous dealership. However this courtesy can sometimes after a few years start to sound very mechanical. If there were one thin Braeger is a very courteous dealership. However this courtesy can sometimes after a few years start to sound very mechanical. If there were one thing I would tell them to work on is being more natural and friendly. Courteous does not equal friendly. Would also like to see a better way of having service department list all (not on receipt please) suggested, needed and urgent repairs please. Print on a separate paper from receipt (receipts get filed and forgotten) using colored inks. On each visit remind the customer about those urgent and needed repairs, do not push suggested. More
Genuinely informative and happy with my choice I originally went into Braeger to have my 09’ Chevy Cobalt repaired after learning the cost of the repairs that were needed I figured that it would be I originally went into Braeger to have my 09’ Chevy Cobalt repaired after learning the cost of the repairs that were needed I figured that it would be best to try and trade in the car to get something better and get out of a clearly bad loan from another dealership. I personally have had my own issues with the Chevy brand (also was never a 1st time owner) and really did not want to take a chance on another one. After speaking with several of the sales team members, mostly to complain at first. I was given so much information that I personal have never known with any of the cars I have every owned in the past nor have I ever experienced any dealership that was so attentive to me as a customer. I was happy that they took the time to not only listen to my concerns but also to provide me with valuable knowledge about the car buying process and things that I should genuinely look out for when making a purchase like this. I can admit I was not the sharpest crayon in the box, but I knew the bare basic questions to ask. It felt good not having someone trying to sell me something for the sake of making a sale. But that also wanted me to have the knowledge I needed to be a satisfied consumer even if I was not necessarily going to purchase through them. Well, long story short after thinking through my options for a few days I went back to Braeger and gave them an actual opportunity to “sale” me as a consumer of why I should go with the Chevy Brand. Let’s just say this was the best decision of my life and I am very happy with my 2015 Chevy Cruze. Braeger truly has some of the most caring staff that care about more than just making a sale but in building trust with the customer. More

Made an 8:30 am appointment, was told about an hour. Waited 2 hrs! Finally i asked what was up? Only to find out that my car was sitting back there! This place is a joke! More
