He answered all the questions I had. He helped me find the car sites, to get an estimated value on my truck. I would recommend Braeger Chevrolet to someone looking for a vehicle. My only previous experience with Braeger,, had been with their service dept., which I think does a great job. I was at Braeger to get a "recall" fix on my Pontiac, The service dept gave me an estimate of an hour to hour and a half to do the work. This gave me time to look at their trucks in stock. I had been looking at trucks at other dealers so I had some idea what I was looking for. More

Why I like about Braeger Service is that we are always treated as if our car (and us) is the most important vehicle in the shop. Even when extremely busy, Roman always finds the time to be friendly. We are reassured upfront that the service team will do their best to determine any need for repairs and will make those repairs in a timely manner. I had an appointment for my first service (an oil and filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. He took the information and showed me where the customer waiting room was and told me I would be called when the car was ready. The room was pleasant, attractive, and comfortable. I sat down, made myself comfortable, and prepared for the long wait I was accustomed to at other service centers. Less than 30 minutes went by and my name was called. The car was ready and so was the paper work. I was told that first oil change was free. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I was on my way home less than an hour after I arrived. R.F.
