When I called Braeger, I got the service department —not some person whose job is solely to schedule an appointment, and knows nothing about automotive services. When I brought in my car, I was received well, and my car was serviced in the specified time: oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. The price was very reasonable too. I’m very satisfied, and will bring my Pontiac G6-GTP back for my future vehicle maintenance. Price quote I had called a few days earlier to receive a quote over the phone and I did not expect quote to be spot on as they had not seen the car. I received I had called a few days earlier to receive a quote over the phone and I did not expect quote to be spot on as they had not seen the car. I received a quote of around $350-$400 for a window regulator replacement. I was able to make an appointment a couple days later and after inspection they came back with a quote of $500. As I said I don’t expect them to be exact on a phone call especially when they have not seen the car but I would hope that they would have been within $50 of their phone quote disappointed in that aspect of service. I was happy with the work that was done on car window works great now. I do not blame my service advisor as he was not the advisor I talked to for first quote both very nice and would use either again. They have a very comfortable lounge overall postve experience. More
