Costly Craig Pozarski was awesome, gave me in depth evaluation on everything my car needed and how it needed to be done. He answered every question i had and could not have done a better job. As far as the service; price was very high and not at all worth the money being that i went in to take car of a check engine light code p0171 cost me $600 dollars for the service applied to my car only for the check engine light to come back on after 24 hours. All in all craig was awesome but service done to car was inadequate below the standards i hoped for. Investing close to $1,000 and still cannot get rid of code p0171. Very disappointed. More

Caring John seemed to actually care about the issues with my car and offered suggestions as to the problem. Beautiful facility but. This facility is amazing. It’s beautiful and high tech. But I was disappointed. I am handicapped and some days walking is more difficult than others. This facility is amazing. It’s beautiful and high tech. But I was disappointed. I am handicapped and some days walking is more difficult than others. It was one of those days. I sat in the room where all the employees did their entry work to help those needing services. That was fine. Many employees passed me by. No one welcomed me, said hello. I was invisible. Well, no big deal really but at my last dealership ( not Chevy) the staff smiled, went out of their way, offered to get me coffee. That didn’t happen here. But the biggest disappointment was that I didn’t get a clean car. I ALWAYS got my car cleaned at other dealerships. I have a lift on my Malibu so it has gone thru car washes or was hand washed. I won’t recommend or go back. If that’s the case that I won’t get my car washed, I’ll not purchase another Chevy. More

They wash my car and really it was cleaner before they wash it. The prices are really high compared to other dealers services. I really felt like they just want the money. I was thinking about my experience to my roommates about my experience yesterday at this location. I’m not satisfied at all. And I’m not going there again. More
