Purchase key fob The service was fine and staff helpful. The only issue was cost. I bought a new electronic key fob for my 2005 Equinox for $80. I was then told that The service was fine and staff helpful. The only issue was cost. I bought a new electronic key fob for my 2005 Equinox for $80. I was then told that unless I spend $50 more to have it programmed, it would be useless. Who in good conscious sells a product knowing it will not work unless more money ($50) is spent to get it work ? I think this is absolutely ridiculous. More

Frustrated I bought my car 7 months ago from them. I took my car in for an oil change and to find out why the fan was sounding loud....they supposedly found a $1 I bought my car 7 months ago from them. I took my car in for an oil change and to find out why the fan was sounding loud....they supposedly found a $1,000 worth of work to be done. I did the stuff that was covered under warranty, and couldn't afford to do the rest at the time. I'm planning on taking it somewhere else to see if it can be done cheaper, or if that's the problem. Also, most places I have gone do a full check, fill fluids, fill tires, etc. I got back in my car and my tires weren't filled. Not too impressed right now. More

Rear bumper repair My insurance company told md that Braeger was a gauranteed repair shop. All work om the vehicle is gauranteed as long as I own the vehicle. Called B My insurance company told md that Braeger was a gauranteed repair shop. All work om the vehicle is gauranteed as long as I own the vehicle. Called Braeger a week or two before the vehicle arrived at their shop. When the car was brought in, they told me they already had ordered the parts. They called about three days later and told me the vehicle was ready. The job was done very well. You would never know that a repair was done. I would recommend Braeger to anyone looking for quality and timely work on their repair. More
