Wonderful experience! I scheduled a 7am oil change before work. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The guest lounge was also incredibly pleasant and comfortable. My vehicle was ready with enough time to grab some breakfast on my way to work. I was impressed that they had even washed my car as well. Collision repair I scheduled to have my car repaired in the collision center after being victim of a hit and run. I informed them of my need for a loaner vehicle over I scheduled to have my car repaired in the collision center after being victim of a hit and run. I informed them of my need for a loaner vehicle over 2 weeks in advance. When I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning, I was informed there was no loaner vehicle, one wouldn’t be available until the afternoon and the shuttle van was not running. I had to arrange my own ride home and the vehicle was brought to me in the afternoon. When I scheduled my appointment for repair I was told “2-3 days” however it ended up taking 2 weeks. When I went to pick up my car I noticed they didn’t even touch my rear quarter panel, otherwise listed as “replaced” on the itemized summary they gave me of their work. Also I noticed a large chip in the paint on the driver door. Therefore they kept my car for a few more days, now at 2.5 weeks total. Once I picked my car up the second time, I did notice that although the quarter panel was repaired and the initial chip no longer there, I found a new door dent on the other side of the car and a chip near the driver door handle. Additionally, I had a car coaster in the cup holder from my grandmother when I first got my license years ago, and it is now missing. On the phone, great to work with. Actual work, not so much. More

Outstanding experience!!! My primary work truck had an intermittent starting issue. As luck would have it right in the middle of the busiest time of year. I had a mechanic frie My primary work truck had an intermittent starting issue. As luck would have it right in the middle of the busiest time of year. I had a mechanic friend diagnose the problem. He used a computer to identify the trouble. Code pointed to a security key identification issue. I didn't know my truck had a security system. Apparently if the key is not recognized the security system shuts the fuel off. He suggested I take the truck to a local dealer. So I did.... I explained to the dealer the start problem I was having, gave them the fault code and also explained that I was able to pull the keys out of the ignition at any time while the truck was running. They immediately assumed changing the key block would fix the problem. My response was I need this truck to be dependable and was not concerned about the keys being able to be pulled out. They insisted chaging the key block would solve the problem. The dealer changed the key block on the ignition and told me the truck was good to go. They said their solution fixed the problem. Next day I went to pick the truck up and they couldn't get it started. Leaving disappointed they appologized and said they would call the next day. Got a call the next morning letting me know they found a wire connection that was not making good contact and that the truck was ready for pickup. Not trusting that answer, I instructed them to keep the truck for a week and try starting it 3 to 4 times a day every day. I checked back every other day for a report. Service writer said he has been following my request and the truck started every time. At weeks end I went to pick the truck up and couldn't get it started. Truck sat there for three weeks. My girlfriend put out an SOS message on FB. My friend Joel Turner at Braeger replied that he could help. I forgot Joel worked at a dealership in Milwaukee. Joel has been a great customer of mine for many years and I think he was excited to be able to help out. He knows how hard I work and that I need my vechicals to be dependable. I reached out to him.... He setup a tow truck if I needed it. I told him the truck will start every once in a while. Tried two more times to get it started. No luck. 3rd time I got it..., saving $300 on a tow, I limped it to Braeger around 9pm. Dropped they key in the night box. Joel called the next morning. Had a tech look at the situation, asked a couple questions about the symptoms and the work the other dealer did. He said the problem was not the key block but the components directly after. Came up with a solution and price by 1pm that same day. I was super busy and virtually unavailable. Next business day I gave Joel the go a head. He called around 3:30 pm same day telling me my truck was ready. I could not believe it. Joel and his team at Braeger got me back on the road in record time! Absolutely an outstanding experience!!! He explained that the work the other dealer did was not the solution at all. The problem was a drop in voltage further down the steering column. I am so impressed with my experience at Braeger, they have all my future business. Thank you Braeger and thank you Joel Turner! Simply OUTSTANDING service!!! More
If you want a chevy, there’s a few guys here to deal with. We have had terrible experiences with sales here. However, the last two times in service have been great. Very nice building BAD service personal The building seems nice and clean but the service rep that took care of us suck very lame drop the truck of for an oil change at 9 I HAD to call at 1 The building seems nice and clean but the service rep that took care of us suck very lame drop the truck of for an oil change at 9 I HAD to call at 1 and ask what’s going one 4 hours for an oil change the put me on hold to see what was going on and the said it’s ready I get there and they service rep doesn’t say anything but yeah it’s ready give me a shot that all it saids is how many quarts of oil they use and that they change the oils filter this was a “27” point inspection he did not give me the sheet that said what the checked and if is good or bad also once I get in the car the TPMS sensors are all reading different not by a pound or two but by 5 or 6 I will never go back to this dealership. More

Oil change and a quick fix My service advisor was great! The last two times I was in he was completely honest and willing to help me out. This last time when I went in with what My service advisor was great! The last two times I was in he was completely honest and willing to help me out. This last time when I went in with what I thought was a small fix turned out to be major but worked with GM in my favor. He has done a great job and I would definitely recommend service here. All of my vehicles have been Chevy's and they are the best! More
