Speedy and Helpful I arrived a little early to my scheduled oil change and the service representative I was assigned with was busy, so another gentleman helped me check I arrived a little early to my scheduled oil change and the service representative I was assigned with was busy, so another gentleman helped me check in. I was quoted an hour, and the work was finished in about 40 mins. Nice experience. More

Wasn't happy Because the service person that I had. I told him that in a program that i pay monthly to help pay for my work on my vehicle first thing that came out Because the service person that I had. I told him that in a program that i pay monthly to help pay for my work on my vehicle first thing that came out of his mouth is does programs ain't no good and I'm not going to be on the phone waiting for them to answer so I ended up calling them on my phone. So while I was on the phone he was just sitting there talking to the other service guy like ain't this his job to be calling for me. Plus the person i spoke told me that he has to call for security reasons. More
