Fix check engine light I had my van in for close to a week, many different things had to be eliminated. Disappointing I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so they kept it overnight. The service rep, while nice, seemed to busy to deal with my issues. When I called to check on the status of my vehicoe, they were closed so I had to call in the morning. Only to discover upon driving it away that one of the issues wasn’t addressed and my car still is making noise. The tire pressure wasn’t even checked which makes me think they didn’t do a multi point inspection at all but got another $600 in labor out of me. I have spent about $3k in maintenance and repairs in the last few months here because I trusted this dealer, where I bought my vehicle new. Now, it is older (2012) so I expect some maintenance costs at its age, but I also excepted the same service I recalled receiving when it was new. Now I still have a crummy running vehicle $3k later and the problem is still not resolved so I will be finding another dealer and mechanic to resolve it for me. I plan to purchase a new vehicle soon, was going to choose a new Chevy but I am not so sure now that I will. More

One person doing all the work I would give all the stars because I love going to this place for service. But when I went there recently I was not happy with the person that didn’t I would give all the stars because I love going to this place for service. But when I went there recently I was not happy with the person that didn’t take care of me initially. I was helped by Steven. He seemed to be doing all of the work. Nice guy great customer service. After a little while I moved to the chairs in the service center to get away from the Fox News channel in the waiting room. I saw my truck get pulled out and the guy bring the keys in. They sat by Steven while he was helping two other people. I decided to wait for him to be done. While it was taking longer than normal I went to the guy who was doing NOTHING! At his desk he asked who helped me, he said that he would be with me shortly. I was very confused because he was doing. NOTHING! But on his cell phone. I was not happy at all, Steven seeing this he gave me my keys so I could go. i asked for a receipt he said I’ll have to wait a couple mins. I decided to and told him thank you and went on my way. I don’t normally leave reviews but after working in customer service for 14years I was not happy. With what happened. I knew if I said something to a manager nothing would have happened. More

Haunted car!!!! Our Cruze kept honking its horn, turning on the radio, could not be locked, but would not turn on the motor. The car was not haunted.
