Fox News and annoying salesmen Overall, the service work was top notch. No complaints there. But the waiting room features Fox News playing at ear splitting volume. Even if you want Overall, the service work was top notch. No complaints there. But the waiting room features Fox News playing at ear splitting volume. Even if you wanted to tune out you couldn’t. When I was finally alone in the waiting room I looked for a remote to try to change channels to something less offensive (try a cooking show that won’t strongly irritate 60% of your customers) but it was no where to be found. So I tried to do some work despite it all and that’s when the salesman approached me and asked me if I was in the mood for a great deal. I told him “no thank you” politely. He wouldn’t quit. He started asking me what kind of car I had, where I bought it, and why I didn’t buy it from Braeger. Again, I was trying to do some work which should have been apparent so I kept my answers brief. He kept going - what would it take to get my business next time, when will you be interested in a trade... stop!!!! He finally left after 5-10 minutes of that. Very unwelcome. More
Great service as usual. I love coming here, straight to the point and done. Joel got me in and out. I never have any issues when I come to Braeger. I recommend to everyone. Oil change I like the customer lounge. Took about 45 minutes for my oil change, not a bad wait. John Webler could have been a bit more friendly when I arrived. I I like the customer lounge. Took about 45 minutes for my oil change, not a bad wait. John Webler could have been a bit more friendly when I arrived. I asked if my oil change was covered in full, and he says yes, that’s why there is a zero with a line thru it , one the paper I was signing. Now I felt that was a condescending comment. He simply could have said yes, it’s covered. No need to make rude comments. More

Nice guys, but I doubt I'll return I took my Equinox in for service because of a loud clicking noise while driving and a few other issues. All said and done the work came to about $4,5 I took my Equinox in for service because of a loud clicking noise while driving and a few other issues. All said and done the work came to about $4,500. It was an 8 year old car with about 120k miles on it, so before spending that amount of money I asked for their recommendation as to whether or not I should do the repairs. The person I talked to said that with the repairs, he saw no reason I couldn't make it to about 180k miles. That seemed good to me so I had the repairs done. Six months and 6k miles later the car began making the same clicking noise as it was before the repairs so I brought it back. They now said it's an oil issue (which apparently they were unable to detect when I brought it in for the exact same problem six months earlier). Their solution was a $500+ repair that may or may not fix the problem. I was unwilling to put that amount of money into the car and I don't think I'll be going there for service again. More

I was told that the repairs I needed were covered under the power train warranty so they waived my $99 diagnostic fee. I walked out paying nothing. The service writer kept me well-informed of what was going on and he even offered to call my husband to explain what they were repairing so that I didn't have to remember all the details to tell him. I appreciated that. More

(They didn't have the part to completely fix it) if i had a conolaint it would be your labor (gm) is very high. Apparently you charge more then my doctor. But your service people are always courteous and professional. I would consider your dealership if we get another chevy. I feel the production quality of your vehicle's has deteriorated since my first van. More
Great CS. I only ordered a cargo net with my $20 rewards coupon. The guys were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.
