Service is not like it use to be!! I was not happy with how my service was handle with my car. According to them it was just a flat tire but I refuse to believe . Poor Communication So I had my car there twice in the last two weeks. Overall the technicians did a good job. My only complaint is there was no communication about m So I had my car there twice in the last two weeks. Overall the technicians did a good job. My only complaint is there was no communication about my car. When it was originally brought in, I had 4 different service advisors and no one knew what was going on with my car. They supposedly ordered my part and then 2 days later they let me know when I called that it was ordered for a different vehicle and that my car wouldn't be done until Saturday. Monday comes around and my car still is not done. Tuesday comes and goes and then on Wednesday I finally get a call to say my vehicle was done. I returned Friday with the same check engine code. And it was a different part that went out in the vehicle. When I called the said the part was ordered. There was no communication to let me know what part went out this time as well. The part was ordered and they got it the next day Tuesday. when I called they said it would be done later that day. No call was received on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday comes around and I stop in, I talk to John about my car, he states he forgot to call to let me know what was happening with my car. My car was not done yet and should be done Wednesday. It was completed on Wednesday afternoon. I appreciate the hard work done with my vehicle. But the overall customer service I received with the lack of phone calls letting me know about the vehicle was infuriating. Which led to my experience being terrible. I understand stuff happens but, you should inform the customer. Luckily I had a loaner vehicle, but that shouldn't allow the lack of communication. More

Not the most friendly folks I had 3 open recalls for a new, temporary Chevy that I just purchased. Scheduling an appointment was a chore with these advisors as I was told that all of their techs were "in training". Dropping the car off did not prove to be any more delightful. I waited for over an hour and a half for a shuttle while my service advisor kept telling me that the shuttle should be here "any minute". The technician got grease on my freshly detailed carpet and seats (light tan color). The service advisor did not apologize or even offer to clean it. However, he did get me a rag and cleaner when I asked. I'm glad I sold this Chevy as GM price gouges for OEM parts, and I believe this is an understatement. I would not recommend Chevy or this dealership. The only plus is that the place looks really nice! More
