This time he put a new engine in my Avalanche... he did that plus some extra stuff for the original price quoted, in the time frame I needed it done, and gave me detailed updates along the way. I also felt pressured in ordered to continue service even though you and I both know that I would save hundreds of dollars going elsewhere which he even he agreed it would be a better deal. I thanked him for all of his help profusely and I even dropped off a thank you gift off and left it at his desk. He never even acknowledged I sent him anything. Glen also seemed inconvenienced when I needed to pay my bill and Josh was not there to complete the transaction. He's never had good customer service skills and never is friendly. More

Customer service, yes please! Steve was outstanding from the moment I checked in. It was my first visit, recall work brought me in and I requested an oil change/tire rotation.
