Wouldn't return or recommend. The inefficiency of intake waste to much of my time. Excellent attitudes from everyone btw once serviced (especially Steve) More

Excellent service department I purchased my Traverse a couple of years ago and received 2 free oil changes. I have a 25 - 30 minute drive to get to Braeger and pass a few other o I purchased my Traverse a couple of years ago and received 2 free oil changes. I have a 25 - 30 minute drive to get to Braeger and pass a few other options, for service, on the way there. My intention was to go elsewhere for service after the first 2 free. But my experience was so positive, both times,that I have continued to bring my Traverse to Braeger for all services needed. The drive is worth the reliability and service that I have gotten each and every time! I have continued on, well past the free services, and plan to do so as long as I own the vehicle. Glen is a star on this team! He not only takes the time to provide excellent customer service... he goes beyond what is necessary and provides added value for the customers when additional services are needed. More

Happy with my service I went in needing a headlight replaced. I figured I would need to make an appointment. I was told that it could be taken care of while I waited.
