Disappointed When they were replacing my right front hub bearing, the mechanic must have pounded on the rotor or pried it because now it is warped and has to be re When they were replacing my right front hub bearing, the mechanic must have pounded on the rotor or pried it because now it is warped and has to be replaced. My car had no problem with the brakes or the steering wheel shaking prior to getting the bearing done. Now I have to get a new rotor, and I'm not happy!!! Glenn was very helpful the day I brought my car in, I just think the. mechanic warped the rotor.I normally get such good service from this place. More

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate I came in for an oil change and I checked in at Pedro Galvan's desk. I explained to him that I would like to use my "Chevy Awards Points" from the "My I came in for an oil change and I checked in at Pedro Galvan's desk. I explained to him that I would like to use my "Chevy Awards Points" from the "My Chevy" app. Pedro told me we would wait till the end to redeem my points. I wanted to redeem 2,000 points, with equals $10 off of my service. When my oil change was complete and it was time to pay, Pedro said it would be a few minutes because he didn't know how to redeem the points. He said he was waiting on a service tech named Joel. 15 minutes had passed and Joel had passed, Pedro had to get his attention and Joel finally came to the service counter. The service tech, Joel, had an attitude and stated I would have to print a certificate off at home and I couldn't redeem my points through the app. During the entire time, I was waiting, Pedro had my phone and was trying to figure out how to redeem the points. After being told I could not redeem them through my app, I paid for my service and left. After leaving the dealership, I checked the my Chevy app and 2,000 points had been redeemed at the dealership. Despite me being told something that's completely untrue and having to pay the full price for my service. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership and show them that the $10 reward had been deducted from my rewards points. Pedro took my phone and showed it to his manager, I'm assuming, he was in there with my phone for 10 minutes. Pedro finally came out with my phone and started they were able to somehow print my rewards certificate off and I would be receiving a refund for $10. It doesn't make sense considering I was told the complete opposite before leaving and it took for me to check my app to find out that the points were redeemed. Pedro told me he would send me an email within an hour to confirm my refund but I never received it If somebody would've taken the initiative to find out how to properly redeem the rewards points, it would've same me time and unnecessary trips. More

Bob Howard is excellent in his job as a salesman. The rest of them deserve to be unemployed. The service tech's are liars and incompetent. Vehicle has low speed vibration and the steering wheel pulsates. Claim could not duplicate it. Everyone who has driven thus car has complained about it. WiFi does not work. Claimed they fixed it. Still does not work. Radio issues. Still there untouched. They suck and I will never return. More

Great service I always get great service at Braeger. I got my oil changed and tire rotation and in doing so found a screw in one of my tires that had been causing a I always get great service at Braeger. I got my oil changed and tire rotation and in doing so found a screw in one of my tires that had been causing a very slow leak over the last several months. They were able to fix it right away. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Steven kept me up to date about my service and gave me detailed information about maintenance services that should be scheduled in the future based on my mileage. More
